This truly unique and life changing process will address the most important aspects of the life reentry process along with a group. This allows each member to connect with other individuals who have experienced loss and creates a strong support system while we give you the tools that can help you build the life you WANT to live.

We will also be integrating yoga into our work, utilizing poses that specifically address grief and self care.

Includes 6 live zoom meetings which will happen every other week, a private Facebook group, email communication between sessions, hand-outs and meditations.
